A + K = EA?

I’ve been twittering and following twitter a little more today than I normally do (don’t ask why – I have no idea), and I noticed that tweets about Ashton Kutcher and Electronic Arts were coming up fairly often.  I read a bit more deeply and discovered that as part of the celebration(?) of @aplusk, i.e. Ashton Kutcher’s reaching 1 million followers, EA is going to give that lucky one millionth person every game they make in 2009 as well as feature them in The Sims 3.  I’m not sure what capacity one could be included in The Sims, as the game is all about building your character from scratch – perhaps the winner’s face will be preset option?

In any case, this is a pretty cool, if a little strange, cross-promotion.  I’ll definitely be watching his follower count closely tomorrow and try to get in at 1 million (as of this moment, 10:08 PM CST, he’s at 929,356.)
